For October's 'Album Of The Month', I selected Asobi Seksu's eponymous debut album from 2002. Their name means 'Play Sex' in Japanese. The duo of Yuki Chikudate and James Hanna were active in New York from 2001 until 2013, when they announced an indefinite hiatus...a euphemism for jacking it in, but maybe not.
